53 Peaks Brewing – Littleton, CO – Named after the 53 awe inspiring peaks in Colorado. Jason Conger & Calvin Cook met at The University of Colorado in Boulder in 2007 and began their crazy adventure towards a brewery. 53 Peaks operates a 1 barrel system, and does not currently have a taproom. We’re planning to open our doors in Conifer, CO in 2014!
7 Hermits Brewing Company – Eagle, CO: Brewpub in Eagle Ranch. We carry wine, spirits, guest beer, and of course our own. Beer styles range from easy drinking summer pils, to outrageous hop bombs. There’s a style for everyone here.
300 Suns Brewing – Longmont, CO: We are head over heels in love with Longmont, Colorado and the average of 300 days of sun we get to enjoy each year. Nothing pairs better with a beautiful sunny day than a fun, relaxing place to hang out and enjoy a craft beer.
38 State Brewing – Littleton, CO: So how did 38 State Brewing Company come to be? It’s simple, really – two thirsty guys in a garage on a hot summer day. AC Golden Brewing Company – Golden, CO: Our brew house consists of three small, 30-barrel Huppmann copper kettles, imported from Germany in 1973. Our brewery was established to create specialty beers for discriminating beer drinkers. Bonfire Brewing – Eagle, CO: Bonfire Brewing began in a garage. With a few 5-gallon buckets and some extracts, tolerable beer was soon regularly on-hand for friends and family. But, we found ourselves asking out loud, “Why bottle and make all that mess when you can keg, and more importantly, kegerate?” With some extensive (Google and Homebrewtalk.com) research, a bit of amateur welding, and only a few electrocutions, a 10-gallon all-grain system was born.
Bootstrap Brewing – Niwot, CO: Founded by local residents Leslie and Steve Kaczeus. They both left the high-tech industry to follow their dream of creating an adventurous craft brewery dedicated to producing a wide range of high quality ales and lagers. After nearly five years of planning and research, the couple took a leap of faith and bought equipment to put into storage while they looked for the perfect space. The brewery opened its doors on June 20th 2012 claiming solstice as a birthday and anniversary.
Boulder Beer – Boulder, CO: In 1979 two professors at the University of Colorado received the 43rd brewing license issued in the United States, creating Boulder Beer Company, Colorado’s First Microbrewery. The original site of the brewery was a small farm northeast of Boulder, the brew house sharing space in a shed originally housing a few goats! 2014 World Beer Cup Winner!
Breckenridge Brewery & Pub – Denver, CO: Back in the 1980s, our founder Richard Squire was your typical ski bum – with one significant difference. He had a knack for making extraordinary home brews. Carver Brewing Company – Durango, CO: We opened our brewery in 1988. We were the second craft brew pub in the state and have grown to a capacity of 1000 barrels a year (a barrel is 31 gallons). Our ales take from 14 to 40 days, depending on the style, to complete the boiling, cooling, fermentation and conditioning processes.

Coors Archive Brewing Company - Golden, CO: 1919, beer was banned. Barrels were broken. Breweries went belly up. Drinking a beer became an act of protest against those in power. That is, until a few years ago when we discovered an old beer recipe in the basement archives of the brewery dating back before Prohibition.

Factotum BrewHouse – Denver, CO: Siblings Christopher and Laura Bruns were raised in a blue collar, Midwestern town in a family that boasts strong German roots. Beer was always the drink of choice at the Bruns household and no guest went longer than a few minutes before being offered a cold one. It was in college where their general love of beer took a craft-centric turn, where their eyes were opened to the bounty of the many great Colorado breweries. Glenwood Canyon Brewing Company – Glenwood Springs, CO: Glenwood Springs premier brewpub is located in the first floor of the historic Hotel Denver. Golden City Brewery – Golden, CO: Founded in 1993 by two geologists, Charlie & Janine Sturdavant. They filled the old machine shop behind their historic Golden home with used dairy tanks and Charlie began brewing German-style ales. The tasting room was originally located in the sunroom of their house and provided Red Ale and Pale Ale to the local community in 1/2 gallon growlers and kegs. Read our blog here
Goldspot Brewing – Denver, CO: Colorado has a lot of folks out there fighting the good fight and bringing good beer to lucky beer lovers. We’re here to join in that fight. We love this craft and the people that have built it. The brewery team is mostly assembled. The business guys have a solid business plan and financing is starting to come together. West Flanders Brewing Company – Boulder, CO: The story of West Flanders starts on Pearl Street in 1996.
